Quoting “When the dust settles, we must demand that all those behind this criminal proxy war, even the Americans and officials from other “friendly” states, are prosecuted for their crimes.” — There is a long list of people waiting for their place in the prisoner’s dock at The Hague. Including from the previous regime here in Canada. And in Britain and israel.
Quoting “Conspiracy websites and blogs should be illegal. Too many people spewing misinformation as though it is fact, like religion.” — Good idea. Then the CBC can be just like Pravda back in the good ol’ days. And will be ridiculed by the masses accordingly. Oh, wait…
Uh, Jay, speaking of “spewing misinformation as though it is a fact, like religion,” would that include the Jerusalem Post of April 28, 2015 when it reported that Abu-Bakhr al-Baghdadi (aka Simon Elliot), the eeeeevilll terrorist, had died in israel, tended to by israeli doctors. And subsequently came back to life (not unlike Captain Kirk in Star Trek: Generations) only to be killed off again months later?
Or…how about the u.s. federal government secretly arming a Mexican drug cartel, and then allowing the drugs to be shipped back into the u.s.?
Or, even…the privately-run united states “federal” “reserve” giving banks secret loans and sticking it to the taxpayers? (Ooooh, you’re not only a conspiracy theorist, you’re an anti-semite, too!)
Quoting “And Assad is still there. So how did the West achieve anything? So there’s peace finally. So, all that bloodshed, all those millions of unwanted refugees. All for not. Wasn’t the whole reason for agitating Syria to have a regime change?” — But the politicians got to give the banksters and the defense industrial complex trillions of dollars. All printed courtesy of the federal reserve and like minded central banks around the world (including here in Canada) and shoved onto taxpayers as “debt.” A job well done, I’d say. Hooray! USA! USA! USA! USA!

Surprisingly, only one comment killed this time. I guess I just have to try harder. The comments section for this article were full of Hitler references of course (i.e.: comparing The Donald to). But my comment which called out such references and the fact they were allowed to be posted while other comments were deleted or killed was, in itself, killed.
Quoting “…the boxcars will roll and there will be a final solution.” — I like how all the Hitler references get through here. Yet when I post something that quotes Missus Clinton and her remarks after the death of Khadaffy, or refer to her legal challenges, or even compliment her choice of attire, it gets “content disabled.” Makes no difference to me. I just post it on my own site, http://www.LettersToTheBeast.com. These comments are clearly censored with the goal of showing a massive opposition to Trump that doesn’t exist. So take that, Keith Billous. And good luck making payments on your Tesla when CBC shuts down the comments section.
Meanwhile, here’s a selection of what was posted from other commenters:
“youlobbydimwith” cut-and-pasted the same “KKK” nonsense repeatedly throughout the same comment section, yet ICUC and CBC gave those comments a free pass.
As a mondo p.o.’d conservative, if O’Leary runs, I’m buying a new membership. For the first time in eight years. Ambrose? Kenny? MacKay? I don’t want to hear from them. Anyone associated with the Harper Regime are not conservatives. They are fascists. You’re right. That’s why they need a leader with none of their baggage.Quoting “I would vote for Kenney he would get a grip on this rampant immigration problem we are going to see in the distant future.” — You mean the guy that extended the TFW from skilled trades to McDonalds? Yeah, he’ll fix our immigration problems for sure.
Hey,tru brit, this one’s for you:
EXCLUSIVE
McDonald’s Canada CEO calls foreign worker controversy ‘bullshit’
In a recording of a conference call to franchisees, CEO John Betts rails against CBC stories
His remarks from earlier this week came before federal Employment Minister Jason Kenney announcedan immediate moratorium on the food services sector’s access to the Temporary Foreign Worker Program late on Thursday, as a result of CBC Go Public’s inquiries.
Three McDonald’s franchises in Victoria and a pizza restaurant in Weyburn, Sask., are at the centre of program abuse allegations involving Canadian employees alleging foreign workers were given priority work status or more hours.
…
In a recording of the call given to the CBC, McDonald’s Canada CEO John Betts discusses recent CBC stories on the company’s use of temporary foreign workers and his resulting meeting with federal Employment Minister Jason Kenney.
“This has been an attack on our brand. This has been an attack on our system. This is an attack on our people. It’s bullshit OK! I used those words when I described my conversation with the minister last week. He gets it.”
The CBC has been given a recording of McDonald’s Canada CEO John Betts calling stories about its temporary foreign worker policy ‘bullshit’. (CBC)
Betts says he was “incredibly impressed” with the minister, adding, “He really knows his stuff. And I’ll say he knows his stuff from a business person’s perspective.
Quoting “And these people know exactly how they can help the middle class? Nothing but the 1%ers running the country, this really needs to change.” — And you think it’s going to change under the Liberals? Newsflash: The banksters and globalists own both sides.
Meanwhile, while comments supportive of Kevin O’Leary and a major shake-up of the Conservative Party were memory-holed, CBC and ICUC had no qualms in running left-wing vitriol. This is a small sampling of insults that got posted while my comments were killed (there are more, but CBC.ca tends to become insufferably slow the further you get through the comments; though it’s not as bad as the Toronto Globe and Mail, whose page crashes completely).
Send in the clowns!
I truly hope O’Leary wins. That will be the final nail in the coffin.
I would vote for a tree stump before I would pick from that grouping.
did public demonstration of racism and disdain for reality make the list, or are those still only optional requirements?

Oh no. Is Canada heading for a Trump like side show masquerading with the name O’Leary?
Kevin O’Leary is the Canadian Donald Trump. We need O’Leary like we need ebola.
All four are losers.
Just one look at the rogues gallery presented above informs me the Conservative Party of Canada is offering the worst of the worst for a new leader. I despise the four people pictured; one a well known backstabber (MacKay), one a pathetic xenophobe (Leitch), one a hard-boiled perpetual yes-man of no distinction whatsoever (Kenney) and finally, a wannabee of walking talking ego driven greed who seeks the spotlight because he has nothing else to offer (O’Leary).
Nobody would vote for this fools would they?
Roses are red, Violets are blue, Kevin O’leary is a totally narcissistic wannabe that will never in a million years be elected to govern this country. (and he’s mean-looking too ).
No Trump want-to-be clowns. I’m looking at you, Kevin O’leary.

Too bad Mickey Mouse is Murican…. He’d be perfect !!
To his credit, Keith Bilous’s censor was good enough (or probably careless enough) to let this gem through:
Let’s get this right, the taxpayer funded CBC reported that certain Members of Parliament referred to women in slang terms, yet this same CBC now will not allow comments on this fact – what is going on media censorship of what was previously related!
The usual objections to reminding readers that John McCain posed for selfies with “ISIS.” They even censored a reference to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The problem is, CBC’s contracted censors at ICUC Moderation are too stupid to even know it.
Robert Dziekanski death: Const. Gerry Rundel sues over his treatment by RCMP
Rundel was among 4 officers who responded the night Polish immigrant died at Vancouver airport in 2007
By Lisa Johnson, CBC NewsPosted: Mar 07, 2016 4:16 PM PT
Quoting “I don’t believe articles like these should allow commenting. People in these situations should only have to have their concerns addressed in a real courtroom, not the court of CBC forums. The public interest is represented by a judge and/or jury who have been presented with all the facts from both sides of the issue. A short news article is hardly enough information for any reader to offer an infromed opinion.” — Oh, the horrors. The proles are saying mean things about their brown-shirted gods. If Monty Robinson’s slap on the wrist for killing Orion Hutchison is any indication (and it is) then The CBC Court of Public Opinion will be the only justice police workers like Rundel ever have dispensed to them.
Brown-shirted RCMP police worker Hugh “Hugh” Stewart pepper-sprays anti-globalists protesters at the Asia Pacific Economic Conference on November 25, 1997.You know, those kids may have been on to something nearly 20 years ago.Quoting “Yup he’s right. read the Crowns final filing and you see that in fact the RCMP as a whole acted properly that night with a combative and violent large adult male. It was the bad guy that caused his own death. That and his mothers poor directions – she told him to wait for her at the luggage carousels but you can’t do that for international flights…” — Everything the Germany Army did (supposedly) nearly 80 years ago was also done to the letter of German law.
Canada should buy drones that can strike as well as see, says Jonathan Vance
Defence chief says there’s ‘little point’ having drones that can only watch
By Tom Parry, CBC NewsPosted: Mar 07, 2016 8:13 PM ET
CBC and its censors at ICUC remain hostile to any mention of John McCain and ISIS. If they were to actually address the issue and defend themselves, they would probably hide behind the section of CBC’s “community guidelines” which forbid slanderous or defamatory remarks. However, in the case of John McCain, simply type in ISIS and John McCain provides over one million links, most with copies of the infamous pictures of himself in Syria with “Abu Bakhr al-Baghdadi” (aka Simon Elliot) and other ISIS characters. CBC and ICUC are also quick to shoot down references to Hillary Clinton and her legal troubles.
It is reprehensible and outrageous that CBC, a publicly-funded government agency, is allowed to censor REAL events from its comments section.
The sad thing is, they actually think they are accomplishing something by hiding the truth.
Quoting “Armed Drones are a ‘victim of their own success’ which is why Lefties and anti Americans hate them so much. Modern drones can ‘see’ just as well or better than any pilot flying at the same altitude, but the drone is a lot smaller, quieter and far less visible which is one reason why they can get so close before ‘pulling the trigger.’ They are also ‘disposable’ and therefore drone commanders can take greater risks. A more efficient, less costly, disposable killing machine with virtually no risk for the ‘pilots.’ what’s not to like…unless you’re ISIS.” — ISIS…ISIS…ISIS…Oh, isn’t that the outfit that “we” sent all those Toyota pick-up trucks to? Didn’t our Turkish allies take Delight in shooting down a Russian bomber which had just destroyed ISIS-captured oil infrastructure? Isn’t a certain Arizona senator’s claim to fame – aside from showing off his wonderful singing voice over in Hanoi – showing up in pictures with this, uh, ISIS of yours?
Two of the best things about a comments section – even one as heavily censored as the CBC’s – are that you can confirm that you are not the only one being bullshitted. And other commenters will add details to the “story” not officially reported. And with that in mind, knowing just how tyrannical the censorship really is, you have no choice but to say to yourself, “Wow! And that’s just the stuff that slipped through.”
…
The CBC reporting that, by Cruz winning two states and Trump winning two states, Trump’s “momentum” had somehow been stopped, was called out on the first comment.
Your humble correspondent had surprising success posting his comments. Even ones that expressed his deepest concern that, the Ron Paul treatment not having worked, the threatened establishment may resort to the Robert F. Kennedy treatment.
However, the CBC and its worldwide legions of censors working for ICUC Moderation continue to offer resistance when it comes to comments about Hillary Clinton’s possible legal difficulties. And even compliments about her oft-worn orange pant suit.
Quoting “Why oh Why are the democrats supporting Hillary???? Sarajevo, Benghazi. File scandals…should be enough to discredit her” — No wonder Hillary is wearing those orange outfits.
Quoting “Please CBC…Hillary’s ‘Delegate count’ is a lousy 100 delegates. Super Delegates are un elected and un commited (sic) up until the Convention…Why no Bernie Blunts Hillary head line. I thought you were owned by the Canadian Public. Act like it please.” — I heard a rumour that Hillary might have some, uh, legal challenges ahead of her. Funny how that doesn’t get a lot of coverage at the CBC. Or even the censored comments.
“Maclean’s” Magazine is a Canadian neo-con rag along the same lines as Time or Newsweek. And like Time and Newsweek, they are desperate to maintain their illusion of relevance, power and influence over their infinitesimal readership.
Scanning through the article and merely reading the names tells you all you need to know about where the story is coming from:
Michael Chertoff, Eliot Cohen, Dov Zakheim, Robert Zoellick, Richard Haass, Iva Zoric about the only name missing was Henry Kissinger…except the article also expressed concerns from the Council on Foreign Relations itself.
Republican national security leaders and experts have assailed GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump as unfit to be commander in chief, calling him dishonest and describing his positions on key issues as dangerous and uninformed.
The broadsides began Wednesday evening and carried into Thursday when Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., the chairman of the Armed Services Committee and the 2008 presidential nominee, said that Republicans should “think long and hard about who they want to be our next commander in chief and leader of the free world.” Earlier in the day, the 2012 presidential nominee, Mitt Romney, said that if the GOP chooses Trump, “the prospects for a safe and prosperous future are greatly diminished.”
What a nice picture of John McCain. But this one is much nicer:
syrianfreepress.wordpress.com
The Maclean’s article concludes with:
Cohen and Bryan McGrath, a retired Navy officer and managing director of The FerryBridge Group defence consulting firm, organized the letter after exchanging their concerns about Trump over Twitter.
McGrath said he’s gratified by the large number of signatures. The letter, he said, is a “vehicle for people to say they’ve had enough.”
Hey, Bryan: you’re outnumbered this time.
Because your fellow Americans – and the rest of the world for that matter, have had enough, too. No more wars for israel.
Quoting “No information should be sacred when it comes to the protection of the public, particularly information relating to drugb dealers are terrorists. If there is a clear public interest at stake, then law enforcement should be granted access. Individual rights are not absolute.” — Okay then. When can we expect the federal bureau of incineration to break down John McCain’s door, seize his cellphone and find out just how many other selfies he has on there? Besides the ISIS selfies we already know about and available with a simple google search, I mean. Oh, but we’re not going to talk about that, are we? That’s a “conspiracy theory.” And you’re wrong, by the way. Individual rights ARE absolute. In the U.S., in Canada, in Britain, everywhere. Whether they are written on parchment or not.
Ah, for krysakes, do I have to run that goddamned picture again?
Sigh…okay, here goes…
“Get outta here, you low-life scum!” — John McCain
Yet CBC and the ICUC censors had no problem with essentially the same remarks in other posts:
Quoting “Maybe a judge can’t force them but the public can. I will not buy anymore (sic) Apple products until they help in the fight against ISIS” — John McCain appears in selfies with “Abu Bakhr al-Baghdadi” and other “ISIS” characters. The U.S. government has admitted supplying “ISIS” with food, materiel, other supplies and even Toyota pick-up trucks. Russia bombs REAL ISIS positions and gets their planes shot down for their trouble. And you’re complaining about Apple? Seriously? How many Apple products do you own, anyway?
Quoting “Until the day comes when Politicians and their appointed Officials can be held Legally Accountable for Abusing Personal Data, it should be treated as your very own Personal Private Business. Laziness & Incompetence are at the bottom of craving to know Everything about Everyone, All the Time and is Not to be Trusted.” — “My” member of parliament is Robert “Rob” Nicholson. Sadly he remains so having been re-elected by a majority (I suppose) of 41 per cent. Fortunately, ol’ Rob’s not in a position to do anything any longer. I’ve been telling him for seven years: before you demand all this police state authority, I want to knock on your door, search your home, your office, all your devices and go through your belongings. Then we’ll talk. And I’ll still say, “no.” You can’t have it.

Subway to ensure footlong sandwiches are 12 inches after judge OKs agreement
The Associated PressPosted: Feb 29, 2016 2:23 PM ET
CBC and ICUC stepped in it this time. They proved just how hypocritical and tyrannical their censorship is when they killed comments which were clearly within CBC’s “community guidelines” while letting through comments joking about sexual innuendo and outright paedophilia.
Quoting ” There (sic) sandwiches are great. Had one in my coat pocket for a year and it was still fresh and edible. Now, what does that tell Ya??” — Tells me yer full of it. BTW: “Their.”Quoting “subway is crap” by Shai Hulid — So how’s the Mr. Sub franchise working out for you?
Now, let’s look at some of the comments they did let through:

Submitted to CBC Feedback on March 4:
Among my latest examples of your comments section censorship, I noted (in a Kevin O’Leary article) how I replied to a comment which said, “No, thanks.” My reply was, “Yes, please!”
Content disabled.
Seriously?
As I stated on LettersToTheBeast, every time I think you people have reached a new level of blatant, obvious censorship, you take it as a personal challenge.
I’m here to tell you that I’m not going anywhere. I no longer care if you block my comments, because I will simply put them on my own site. And, by the way, typing CBC content disabled returns my humble effort as link number two. Right under CBC itself. Oh, and by the way, check out all the obnoxious comments your censors DID let through on the Subway Foot Long story.
Oh yeah, and I like how your censors continue to block any reference to the idea that Mrs. Hillary Clinton may have some, uh, legal problems. And pointing out what happens when you type in John McCain and ISIS.
You know, you really should listen to your new patron, Justin Trudeau. Because now it’s 2016. You can’t get away with the same lies and the same deception you used to sell us babies, incubators and Saddam’s Nukular Bombs.

Before we get down to business, I’m pleased to say I’m using a new screen capture utility called “Greenshot.” It is user-supported public domain supported software that comes highly rated by PC World Magazine. It is exceptionally easy to use. Simply press the “Print Screen” (or equivalent) button, drag the cursor around the area you want to capture, and let go. That’s all there is to it. This is a unpaid. unsolicited testimonial. It is much cleaner, easier and neater than my clumsy cellphone screen captures. And yes, I will make a modest donation in appreciation for Greenshot‘s efforts.

Now…
Kevin O’Leary has been called the Canadian Donald Trump (although I think The Donald has more money than Kevin. And Donald has more hair. At least in public). O’Leary has been musing about running for the leadership of the Conservative Party of Canada. More recently, he has also been musing about running for the Liberal leadership. The latter is a more curious choice as it is current occupied by Justin Trudeau, the Prime Minister.
For the umteenth time, I am starting off this post by pointing out the blatant partisan censorship on the part of CBC and its ICUC “moderators.” But repeating the charge doesn’t change the offensive nature of their conduct. In one case, merely posting, “Yes, please!” in reply to a comment saying, “No thanks” was “disabled.”
A subsequent comment pointing out the censorship of my “Yes, please!” which also pointed out this humble blog is the number two link on Google (just under CBC itself) when searching “CBC content disabled” was similarly killed. But thank you, anyway, to everyone who has typed in that particular search term and landed on LettersToTheBeast.
This is by no means a professional undertaking. I am a working-class stiff. I prefer to remain anonymous so I don’t end up in prison for thinking bad thoughts like Arthur Topham.

The comment I replied to said, No thanks.” Mine said merely, “Yes please!” Content disabled. You know, it really doesn’t get any more blatant than that. Of course every time I say that, the “moderators” take it as a personal challenge. That’s okay, though.
