Arthur Topham: Canadian israeli community pats itself on the back in CjN article while cop trashes Arthur’s wife and Abrams pleasures himself in comments sections

Canada’s israeli community was determined to make an example of Arthur Topham. And it did.

CjN Topham 7The Canadian jewish News of November 18 bent over backwards to congratulate itself on the successful persecution of RadicalPress.com’s Arthur Topham.

Lloyd Bridges Airplane ii
“It made all the papers. And The Canadian jewish News!” — Llloyd Bridges, Airplane II: The Sequel

Harry Abrams, 63, a Victoria-based owner of an advertising company, was among the first to bring attention to Topham’s website and his anti-Semitic vitriol back in 2007. Abrams, who has 30 years of anti-defamation work behind him and currently leads the Jewish Federation of Victoria and Vancouver Island’s social action committee, describes Topham as “rabidly anti-Semitic.”

Curiously, the CjN mentions who was “among the first,” but fails to mention any other complainants.  Like the Mysterious Stranger, Richard Warman’s role in this victory goes unnoticed. Warman is the serial SLAPP-suiter responsible for most of the now-defunct Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal. Warman was cited by the CHRT in 2009 for engaging in provacateuring activity by posting his own “hate messages” on targeted cites and then turning around and filing complaints with the Tribunal because those websites posted his comments in the first place. The CHRT sanctioned Warman by, in the case of Northern Alliance, not allowing him to collect a piece of the action (a portion of the $10,000 fine) as had been customary in his previous cases.

Arthur Topham is forbidden by court order from discussing who the two initial complainants were.

However, the National Post of November 6, 2012 reported the two complainants as Abrams and Warman.

Flashback: Arthur Topham trial: Nothing is more dangerous than a cornered animal

When interviewed by the Canadian jewish News, pliant now-former Royal Canadian Mounted Police worker Terry Wilson (age 51 and retired…nice), who was instrumental in getting the job done for the b’nai brith despite the odds, couldn’t pass up the chance to not only kick Arthur when he was down, but also trash his wife of nearly four decades, Shastah.

Topham also claimed that his wife Shastah is Jewish, a fact Wilson disputes. “He could say she was Jewish by birth but there was no way she would be Jewish by religion and stick with a guy who said things like that.

CjN Topham 3

A cop speaking his mind about a heinous criminal such as Arthur Topham is one thing. But going after the man’s wife of 37 years for “sticking around with him” is absolutely beyond the pale. Wilson ought to be ashamed of himself. His colleagues in the Police Community should be outraged.

The public face of the prosecution, Harry Abrams, was so elated he couldn’t contain himself when he commented on his own role in the CjN’s reportage.

Abrams, however, was less enthusiastic when the CBC reported RadicalPress.com had not yet been silenced.

“Topham didn’t get convicted for “criticizing Israel.” The jury found him guilty of incitement to genocide of Jews. Plus other willful (sic) promotion of hatred. A real court. A real judge, and a real jury of his peers too.”—Harry Abrams
IMG_20151126_084719
“Oh, sure. his site could be mirrored or re-located endlessly. However he could also be found in contempt and fined and imprisoned for that as many times as the court sees fit. Just like a miscreant who insists that it’s their right to drive drunk. Main thing is that the corrosive behavior (sic) is contained and rejected by society”—Harry Abrams

Actually, Harry, if another website decides to mirror or reproduce Arthur’s writings, there is absolutely no legal consequence to Arthur himself. The only legal consequence would be to the reproducing website itself. And only if Arthur decided to sue for copyright infringement.

IMG_20151126_085024
CBC and ICUC managed to pare the comments down to just 20. However, the overwhelming majority of those comments were still in favour of Topham. The “likes” on pro-Topham comments were even more impressive.

There have been spectacular “holocaust denier” trials in Canada in the past. Jim Keegstra, a schoolteacher who was ultimately convicted of “spreading hate against an identifiable group” for teaching his pupils alternative views of World War II history. Keegstra’s conviction was overturned on appeal and subsequently re-instated by the Supreme Court of Canada.

And then of course, there was Ernst Zundel. Zundel was charged under Canada’s criminal code for publishing (he wasn’t even the author; he merely owned the printing plant) a pamphlet entitled “Did Six Million Really Die?” Zundel was charged “spreading false news.”

Canada’s corporate media, the CjN included,  were clearly hoping happy days were here again with Arthur Topham. It didn’t happen. They reported he had been charged three years ago (again, based on the complaints of Abrams and Warman). They reported the start of Arthur’s trial. They reported his conviction. But nothing in between. There was no show trial. No circus. No construction hard hats.

LettersToTheBeast is pleased to report Arthur’s website, RadicalPresss.com, is still up an running despite the efforts of the government.

From RadicalPress:

On Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 11:27 a.m. in the British Columbia Supreme Court, city of Quesnel, I was pronounced “Guilty” by a jury of twelve men and women of the following criminal offence, also known as Count 1:

“Roy Arthur TOPHAM, between the 28th day of April, 2011 and the 4th day of May, 2012, inclusive, at or near Quesnel, in the Province of British Columbia, did by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, willfully promote hatred against an identifiable group, people of the Jewish religion or ethnic origin, contrary to Section 319(2) of the Criminal Code.”

Immediately following I was pronounced “Not Guilty” of a second and identical criminal offence, known as Count 2:

“Roy Arthur TOPHAM, between the 29th day of January, 2013 and the 11th day of December, 2013, inclusive, at or near Quesnel, in the Province of British Columbia, did by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, willfully promote hatred against an identifiable group, people of the Jewish religion or ethnic origin, contrary to Section 319(2) of the Criminal Code.”

Within moments of the jury leaving the courtroom Crown prosecutor Jennifer Johnson was seeking new bail conditions that would restrict even further my fundamental rights as contained in Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Defence Attorney Barclay Johnson immediately objected suggesting to Justice Bruce Butler that if Crown wants changes to my bail conditions then due process should be followed and Crown must file an application to that effect. Justice Butler agreed and the date of Thursday, November 19, 2015 was set for a hearing on Crown’s application. Later it was set for Friday, November 20th, 2015 at 10 a.m.

Given the fact that Crown has attempted on two earlier occasions to have stringent bail conditions imposed upon my freedom to operate RadicalPress.com it must be assumed that in this instance too Crown will be calling for either removal of my site from the Internet or else a total ban on my ability to operate it until final sentencing which is tentatively scheduled for late January of 2016.

In the event that Crown is able to accomplish either of its objectives, November 20th, 2015 could, theoretically, be the last day that I am able to communicate the status of my case on the Internet pending the outcome of my Charter challenge to Sec. 319(2).

LettersToTheBeast would also like to take the liberty of reprinting a few paragraphs of Arthur’s comments, should RadicalPress become Orwellized by the Canadian government:

Our collective dilemma

Only someone in a comatose condition or willfully blind to any form of self-reflection could deny the fact that the global state of affairs today has reached an extreme state of critical disharmony.

War, and the threat of war, environmental degradation, cancer rates of epic proportions, fear levels at an all-time high and an endless array of bureaucratic and media machinations all designed to confuse and obfuscate any remedial efforts on the part of the people to rectify this imminent threat to our collective condition are the order of the day. Then, coupled with all of these Orwellian conditions, is the growing threat by Zionist infiltrated nation states to introduce illogical, totalitarian, communist tactics such as “hate crime” legislation in order to penalize those who attempt to define and interpret the present narrative of negativity.

Numerous individual writers from the past have warned us repeatedly of what would happen if we didn’t get off our collective fanny and do something about what was happening but, as is the human condition, the general populace is too busy making a living, paying off their plastic, raising families and mesmerized by Big Brother’s “Eye” tv to find the time to address and dismantle these specious, serpentine moves of the Zionist lobbyist to put in place their anti-free speech “hate” legislation.

Now that the proverbial fecal matter is hitting the fan suddenly the truth revealers are getting broad-sided by this legislation and falsely accused and dragged before Stalinist “Show Trial”courts in order to plug the failing dams of deception that are currently crumbling before their very eyes.

In term of my own situation I’ve spent a lifetime searching for answers to this perennial problem of endless conflict and environmental destruction and now, at the ripe young age of 68, I can honestly and rightfully declare that all of my years of research and writing, coupled with the past 9 years of ‘harrowing’ legal hassles, only further corroborates and confirms that censorship of individuals who earnestly try to give warning to their fellow citizens and censorship of the Internet via the unscrupulous use of “hate crime” legislation must be stopped if we are to remain free to think, reason and peacefully protest against any form of oppression.

The final step in this ongoing process of ridding our country of the last remaining legal barrier (Sec. 319(2) of the criminal code will be a Constitutional challenge using the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Sec. 2b which states:

Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:

(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;

Israel and the Zionist agenda

All of the hate crime legislation in the world has been created by one group, the Zionist Jew lobby, working through B’nai Brith International and other similar orgs. They’ve set themselves up in every nation of the West and their primary purpose as agents of the state of Israel is to silence any and all criticism of the Zionist ideology and its debilitating effect upon human rights and freedom of expression. This fact is now beyond dispute and case after case where individuals are charged with these duplicitous “hate” crimes the complainants inevitably are dual citizens of the foreign state of Israel or else goy sycophants in the pay of these same lobbyists.

To support Israel is to support racism, apartheid, murder of innocents, theft of other nation’s land, the destruction of other cultures, war, destruction and endless terrorist acts and media deception on a scale never before witnessed in human history.

Any Western government that “stands with Israel” is admitting to and condoning and complicit with all of these barbaric and uncivilized actions that comprise the whole of what political Zionism entails.

God

My first duty as a human being is to acknowledge, revere and do the Will of the Creator – source of all life. God = Love = Truth. If I don’t include God in every equation related to my work and my life then it all becomes meaningless and devoid of that one fundamental principle which governs both the physical and spiritual realms. Any attempt at addressing the evils that men do which omits the Truth is futile. God gave man Free Will which ultimately implies the right to express himself without fear of state repression. The atheistic Zionist agenda would end that freedom of the mind and soul and for that reason alone it must be resisted all costs.

Conclusion

My purpose in all that I’ve done over my lifetime has been to shed light upon the machinations of those who would enslave us and silence us so that we’re not at liberty to express our thoughts and ideas. Censorship now remains the #1 threat to our global survival in that without the freedom to challenge the state (any state) and its dictates and demands we’re left bereft of the ability to speak the Truth. In this sense my struggle is every person’s struggle who desires to remain free and live in peace and harmony with their fellow human beings and all other life forms.

LettersToTheBeast continues to wish Arthur Topham and RadicalPress well. Arthur could have easily been  cowed by the two notorious miscreants Abrams and Warman as well as b’nai brith. But he wasn’t. He made them work for their single conviction. And he brought attention to the outrageous and unconscionable control these people and organaization have over our public institutions. Arthur knew from the outset that going up against the likes of b’nai brith, its agents and its well-financed and influential backers would be like fighting Satan in a house fire. Or an oil refinery. (LettersToTheBeasts thanks two anonymous commenters in an Infowars story regarding Alex Jones’ divorce battle with his ex-wife Kelly for those analogies).

Arthur Topham’s sacrifice also brings up the right to  and the need for anonymity. They are just as relevant today in the on-line universe as they were when Johanes Gutenberg re-invented the movable-type printing press nearly six centuries ago. Arthur wrote these articles and opinion pieces and published them under his own name. And now he’s paying the price.

This is a topic LettersToTheBeast will cover at a later time.

Please continue to support Arthur Topham by taking the largest currency note you have in your wallet and mailing it him at: 4633 Barkerville Highway, Quesnel, British Columbia, V2J 6T8, Canada.

Media blackout on Arthur Topham trial

Submitted to CBC.ca feedback on November 6, 2015

I couldn’t help but notice that, beyond last week’s blurb on CBC.ca/news the fact that Arthur Topham’s trial was getting under way in Quesnel, B.C., there has been complete silence from the b.s. media (CBC included).

Arthur Topham CBC

I don’t suppose it’s possible there are some very uncomfortable subjects being discussed in that court room that you would rather not reach the outside world, lest the masses get ideas in their little heads?

Is it possible that Topham is on trial for engaging in legitimate criticism of a foreign government? Accurately quoting religious mythology? Is it possible the government, prodded along by known provacateur and SLAPP-suiter Richard Warman (in addition to Harry Abrams) is carrying out a show trial?

Is it possible that Mr. Topham is not coming off as a nutjob like Ernst Zundel did (yes, I’m old enough to remember that circus). Is it possible that Mr. Topham is coming to court in a suit and tie, and is leaving his hard-hat at home?

So, what is it? If you are going to report a trial is under way, I want to know what is going on in that trial. That’s what I pay you for.

Feel free to respond to me by e-mail. Or at my own website, LettersToTheBeast, where you can find a copy of this letter.

There is nothing more dangerous than a cornered animal.

The government of israel has, in the past year, seen its authority around the planet challenged. When israel says, “jump,” the current president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, is not asking, “how high?”

By managing to accomplish in less than a month what U.S.-government and “allied” invaders couldn’t accomplish in a year, Russia is proving ISIS (aka IS, ISIL, Khorosan, al-qaeda, etc) to be a hoax contrived by the CIA and Mossad. http://www.jpost.com/Middle-East/Iranian-media-Islamic-State-leader-declared-clinically-dead-by-Israeli-doctors-in-Golan-399410 and http://www.globalresearch.ca/isis-leader-abu-bakr-al-baghdadi-trained-by-israeli-mossad-nsa-documents-reveal/5391593

“The Russians are bombing our assets!” —John McCain

For a host of reasons, Canadians have thrown their Likudnik “Conservative” government out of office. Of course, it remains to be seen whether the new boss, Justin Trudeau, will be the same as the old boss, Stephen “Steve” Harper.

Stephen Harper Knesset (2)

Benjamin Netanyahu’s behaviour has grown increasingly erratic and unpredictable since he channeled Wyle E. Coyote in front of the United Nations three years ago. Recently, Bibi became a holocaust revisionist when he claimed Haj Amin al-Husseini, Jerusalem’s Grand Mufti in 1941, suggested to Adolph Hitler “exterminate” all Jewish people in Germany, rather than merely relocate them to Palestine, as was Hitler’s inclination at the time (according to Netanyahu). Of course , besides challenging the orthodox historical narrative regarding wartime German history, Netanyahu’s claims fly in the face of israeli doctrine which states there was never any such place as “Palestine.” Not today. Not ever.

Netenyahu Wile E Coyote

Never-ending wars in Syria, Iraq, Libya and Yemen (among other places) have caused a humanitarian crisis as swarms of Muslim refugees arrive in Europe. As they assimilate into their new countries, they are unlikely to be particularly sympathetic towards Europe’s traditional ruling class and are likely to take issue with historical narratives. Particularly in Germany. http://www.timesofisrael.com/german-jews-fear-backlash-from-countrys-welcome-of-refugees/ Talk about not thinking things through.

What did the Germans do that made the zionists so angry eighty years ago? That was before World War II and before the Slave Labour camps for those of you who are mathematically challenged.

Arthur Topham, the webmaster behind The Radical Press (www.RadicalPress.com) is the latest victim of israel’s wrath this out for himself as he goes on trial for “hate speech.”

Mr. Topham was originally charged in November, 2012. According to Toronto’s National Post newspaper of November 6, 2012 (Stewart Bell, reporter) http://news.nationalpost.com/news/canada/b-c-man-charged-with-promoting-hatred-against-jews-on-website, the charges were instigated by Harry Abrams, a b’nai brith “volunteer” and serial SLAPP-suiter Richard Warman. B’nai brith is the branch office of the anti-defamantion league (adl) in Canada. And Warman has a storied history at now-defunct Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.

During its existence, Warman would regularly file complaints with the CHRT, seek large fines against purported offenders, and arrange for a portion of those fines to be directed towards himself. Warman’s behaviour can be confirmed by visiting the website of the CHRT (http://www.chrt-tcdp.gc.ca/NS/index-eng.asp) and searching “Warman.”

Richard Warman (photo: Ottawa Citizen)
Richard Warman (photo: Ottawa Citizen)

In the notorious Northern Alliance decision of March 13, 2009, (http://decisions.chrt-tcdp.gc.ca/chrt-tcdp/decisions/en/item/6948/index.do?r=AAAAAQAgcmljaGFyZCB3YXJtYW4gbm9ydGhlcm4gYWxsaWFuY2UB) Warman clearly went too far when he was found to be engaged in provacateuring websites by which he was offended.

IMG_20151029_074644

The above link is from the source. The PDF link below is a text of the decision supplied by LettersToTheBeast should, the CHRT, in the future, decide to memory-hole this decision.

Canadian Human Rights Tribunal Richard Warman Northern Alliance

Warman was found to have joined “white supremacist” websites and posted inflammatory material from the point of view of a “white supremacist.” The decision runs over 20 pages, however, you may get to the good part by searching the word “admitted.”

The following is an except from the decision (bold text is LettersToTheBeast’s).

[57] The purpose of a Cease and Desist Order under s. 54 (1) (a) of the Act is to both remediate conduct found to be contrary to s. 13 (1) of the Act and to send a message to others that such conduct is not acceptable. In the present case, the Northern AllianceWebsite is no longer in existence as it was apparently sold to an unrelated party several years ago. Contrary to Mr. Warman’s Statement of Particulars, there is no evidence that the impugned conduct by the Respondents has continued to the present time. Instead it appears to have been discontinued well before the complaints were instituted. To a certain extent, there would not appear to be anything to remediate. However, one has no way of knowing whether the cessation of activity by the Respondents was related to a genuine understanding by the Respondents that their prior conduct was discriminatory and a firm resolve that it would not be repeated at any time in the future. To be on the safe side, therefore, I will make an Order along the lines requested by Mr. Warman under s. 54 (1) (a) of the Act. If the Respondents do not engage in the impugned conduct again in the future, they will have nothing to fear from such an Order. In view of the ruling by the Chairperson of the Tribunal, Mr. J. Grant Sinclair, referred to earlier in this Decision, this Order will not be issued until a final determination by the Courts of the constitutional question in the Lemire case.

[58] In regard to the other remedies sought by Mr. Warman, I have decided not to grant any relief under these provisions for the following reasons.

[59] During his cross-examination, Mr. Warman admitted (after initially denying) that he had participated in communicating messages on Internet Websites similar to the NorthernAlliance Website utilizing pseudonyms such as Pogue Mahone and Axetogrind.

[60] In one of several such communications that was entered into evidence during his cross-examination that Mr. Warman admitted having made, Mr. Warman using the name as Pogue Mahone Forum Member posted the following on the stormfront.org/forum Website on July 18, 2004: (The bolded words are Mr. Warman’s. The italicized words are a quote that he has included from a previous post made by a S88)

A recent announcement by your Federal government regarding a planned initiative to combat racism in response to recent anti-Semitic crimes is evidence of a misguided agenda. Such a plan will not only be a monumental waste of tax payer’s money, but will also lead Canada down the path towards Stalinist-style oppression.

Let’s look at the recent anti-Semitic crimes that have been used as an example for implementing this plan:

  1. spray paint on Jewish houses and cars in Vaughan (backwards swastikas) – no arrests yet
  2. spray paint in Toronto equating a star of David with a swastika – Iranian immigrant arrested.
  3. Tomb stones overturned in a Jewish cemetery in Toronto – Jewish teenagers arrested and only charged with mischief
  4. Fire in a Jewish school in Montreal – note left on scene blaming Jews for the murder of Palestinian Hamas spiritual leader

These incidents hardly seem like the rebirth of Kristallnacht, as Jewish leaders would have us believe. Jews themselves committed some of the vandalism and the rest was committed by Muslims, who are expressing the anger about events in the Middle East.

Spending much needed tax dollars on a scheme to further impose the will of Israel-firsters on Canadians is not what voters want.

With increasing immigration from third-world countries, old-world prejudices will continue to be expressed in Canada. If we really need to stop hate in Canada, then we need to look at ending immigration from third-world countries.

Did you know we had an election and the new cabinet hasn’t been named yet? We still have scum in government but we have to wait and see which scum goes where.

[61] In another posting entered into evidence during his cross-examination and the authorship of which was admitted to by Mr. Warman, Mr. Warman as Axetogrind Junior Member posted the following on the VNN (Vanguard News Network) Forum on January 5, 2005.

Quote:

Certainly that’s something that might spark curiosity in (not yet racist) whites.

I agree. Keep up the good work Commander Schoep! 88

[62] Mr. Warman stated that the communications quoted in the previous two paragraphs did not cross the line into hate messaging nor did they provoke hate messages by others. He stated that the inclusion in his postings of possible hate messages from others were inadvertent slips by him in sending messages over the Internet. He further stated that his postings were intended to assist him in his quest for information about persons using the Internet to communicate discriminatory hate messages.

[63] I do not see any acceptable reason for Mr. Warman to have participated on the Stormfront or Vanguard sites, since there appears to be ample easily obtained messages on these sites available without his involvement. Moreover, it is possible that his activity in this regard, could have precipitated further hate messages in response. His explanation for including other hate messages in his postings by mistake seems very weak to me.

[64] Mr. Warman has, with the assistance of the Commission, instituted most of the s. 13 (1) complaints under the Act that have come before the Tribunal. He has been very successful in these cases and has garnered accolades for his work in this regard. The evidence in this case of his participation on Internet sites similar to the Northern Alliancesite is both disappointing and disturbing. It diminishes his credibility. For this reason and because the activities of the Respondents have ceased for a lengthy period of time, I will not make any further Orders in this matter.

In the real world, we would call such behaviour a “false flag.”

According to the National Post’s reporting, Mr. Topham asked one of the arresting officers if he had been trained in Tel Aviv, or if the Mossad had come to train him. The question was not out of left field (http://www.globalresearch.ca/the-canada-israel-public-security-agreement/8530 and https://www.splcenter.org/fighting-hate/law-enforcement-resources and http://www.veteranstoday.com/2014/03/30/adl-and-splc-dumped-from-the-fbi-website-finally/.

B’nai brith’s Anita Bromberg was quoted by the National Post as saying, “…It is borrowing on age-old canards that raise our concerns that this is designed to spread hate.” The Post doesn’t state which “canards” Mr. Topham was said to have quoted. Obviously, anybody who says “the jews” control Hollywood, the news media, finance, education and politics is a dirty rotten anti-simite who doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

How deeply Jewish is Hollywood? When the studio chiefs took out a full-page ad in the Los Angeles Times a few weeks ago to demand that the Screen Actors Guild settle its contract, the open letter was signed by: News Corp. President Peter Chernin (Jewish), Paramount Pictures Chairman Brad Grey (Jewish), Walt Disney Co. Chief Executive Robert Iger (Jewish), Sony Pictures Chairman Michael Lynton (surprise, Dutch Jew), Warner Bros. Chairman Barry Meyer (Jewish), CBS Corp. Chief Executive Leslie Moonves (so Jewish his great uncle was the first prime minister of Israel), MGM Chairman Harry Sloan (Jewish) and NBC Universal Chief Executive Jeff Zucker (mega-Jewish). If either of the Weinstein brothers had signed, this group would have not only the power to shut down all film production but to form a minyan with enough Fiji water on hand to fill a mikvah.

According to The National Post, “Police assumed sole responsibility for investigating hate crimes complaints about websites after the Conservatives voted in June to repeal a law that had previously allowed the rights commission to deal with such matters. “

Sadly, Mr. Topham’s orignal counsel, the legendary Doug Chistie, passed away. However, in an interview with WhatReallyHappened‘s Michael Rivero, one of Mr. Christie’s equally-capable associates has taken over.

On a personal note, LettersToTheBeast would like to thank Mr. Warman for quantifying hate speech. And for clarifying that identifying the religious leanings of our rulers, and even referring to them as “israel-firsters” is permissible commentary.

LettersToTheBeast also extends its deepest wishes that the court will keep an open mind and will allow truth to be used as a defense (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_Human_Rights_Commission_free_speech_controversy and http://blog.freedomsite.org/2013/03/supreme-court-fossils-rule-that-truth.html) and that it will not dismiss free speech as merely an American concept, unworthy of consideration in a Canadian court room (http://www.nationalreview.com/article/224690/idiots-guide-completely-idiotic-canadian-human-rights-tribunals-mark-hemingway).

Judge Butler has stated he will not rule on the constitutionality of the trial until its completion.

Let this kangaroo court show trial be the last hurrah for Richard Warman and his enablers and hangers-on.

And, Mr. Warman, when you stated, “Did you know we had an election and the new cabinet hasn’t been named yet? We still have scum in government but we have to wait and see which scum goes where,” LettersToTheBeast endorses that stance unconditionally.

I am writing to inform you of my disgust with you and your party regarding your support of the Harper regime’s bill C-51, the “anti-terrorism” legislation.

The Harper regime could have passed this legislation without your help. By enabling the regime in further stripping away our freedoms, you and your party are beyond redemption.

My riding, Niagara Falls, is represented by one of the most dangerous, tyrannical proponents of the police state, Robert Nicholson. On June 13, 2014, I wrote to your office imploring you to get your act together and actually run some quality candidates (for a change) in the next election. I pointed out the necessity of identifying ridings such as mine where cabinet ministers needed to be defeated for the good of all Canadians, not just the good of your party.

This letter should have been indication that I was inclined to vote for your party. That is no longer the case.

In the next federal election, I will be voting for the N.D.P. candidate in Niagara Falls. I don’t know who that person is and I don’t care. At this rate, the N.D.P. could field a chimpanzee and dress him or her in an orange leisure suit and I would still vote for him / her. When it comes to the issue of freedom and constitutional restoration, the NDP is the only party that has consistently opposed the Harper regime.

Regrettably, with an NDP government, I also must endure the continuation of the global warming hoax, carbon taxes and gun grabbing, among other things. I must also recognize that the leader of that party, Mr. Mulcair, is as much an israel-firster as you, your caucus colleagues, and the Harper regime. Frankly, I am counting on the rest of the current and future NDP caucus to keep Mr. Mulcair in line on the israel issue (as Ms. Davies tried unsuccessfully to do).

But none of that matters. Freedom and liberty are the only issues that matter. It is terribly ironic that the NDP is the only party that comes close to delivering.

I realize that an NDP government is committed to high taxes and big government. But that is what we have suffered under decades of Liberal and Conservative governments anyway. I am counting on a Mulcair government to find savings in ending participation in the U.S. War of Terror (and hopefully) the “war on drugs”) in order to fund its agenda without further raising taxes.

It has also occurred to me that Mr. Mulcair could stab his voters in the back and continue the Harper agenda, just as Mr. Obama continued the policies of the Bush regime. There is one thing standing in the way of that happening, however. The globalist organizations with which you are no doubt very familiar (Bilderberg, Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and the other banksters, etc) have their A-team (Conservative) and their B-team (Liberal). I doubt very much they ever bothered with a C-team. And if they did, I cannot think of many NDP-minded candidates who would be inclined to carry out their agenda. So, to be blunt, as Big Oil in Alberta is finding, they are screwed in the NDP wins the next election.

As a conservative, I feel immense regret and contrition for working against the election of Paul Martin over a decade ago. Overlooking the occasional corruption and mismanagement issues of the Chretien government, Mr. Martin was the closest thing we ever got to a Reform government. He was working towards paying down – and off – our national debt. He was a genuinely decent guy. Unfortunately, Mr. Martin also jetted around the world signing the “Team Canada” trade “deal” which have decimated our country’s manufacturing base. Somehow, I can’t see Thomas Mulcair or his future cabinet doing that to us. I hope I am not being had. Again. Mr. Harper positioned himself as a libertarian starve-the-beast conservative. I thought he could only improve on what Martin had done. Boy, was I fooled.

Mr. Trudeau, I cannot tell you how bitterly you disappointed me. However, millions of Canadians do owe you a debt of gratitude: for the first time in generations, we finally have a clear alternative in the next election.

My only hope is that a replication of Alberta – nationwide – will lead to a rebuilding of the Conservative and Liberal parties from the ground up. And maybe, if we’re really lucky, your parties will finally elect leaders and run candidates whose first and only loyalty is to Canada and who recognize the supremacy of our natural-born freedoms.

Sincerely,

Justin Trudeau, it’s time to stop dicking around

June 13, 2014 (original incorrectly dated at January 13)

Mr. Justin Trudeau, M.P.

House of Commons

Ottawa, Ontario

K1A 0A6

Dear Mr. Trudeau:

As a conservative-minded Canadian and former Conservative voter, I am writing to appeal to you and your party to get your (crap) together before the next election.

Here in Niagara Falls, we have a patriotic duty to our country to make sure our current member of parliament, Rob Nicholson, is not re-elected. He is a proponent of the police state and for that he needs to go. He should have been defeated in 2011. Unfortunately, your party chose to field an ineffective, incompetent candidate.

I would like to share with you a sampling of the intellectual heavyweight your provincial cousins chose to offer us, based on his purportedly self-written profile in the Niagara Falls Review newspaper of June 11, 2014:

Why I’m running/key issues: The focus of Lionel’s (sic) campaign has three elements: jobs, transportation and health care. I believes (sic) that I can bring jobs to Niagara, to reinvigorate and revive Niagara’s failing industrial sector. I am committed to bringing regular GO Transit service to Niagara so that Niagara will be connected to the rest of the province. I believes (sic) that all people of Niagara have a fundamental entitlement to quality accessible health care and that a hospital must be built sooner, rather than later, to address the needs of southern Niagara’s citizens.

—Lionel Tupman, age 26, lawyer

Mr. Tupman came in third place, 17,000 votes behind NDP incumbent Wayne Gates. Voters probably did this rich kid from Niagara-on-the-Lake a favour because on the first day of his campaign, he vowed to sue someone who had created a fake twitter account. If the boy doesn’t understand that dirty tricks and people saying mean things about you go hand-in-hand with politics, then the provincial riding association really screwed up with this one.

If your party expects my vote in the next federal election, you will field a candidate who will serve as a credible, engaging representative of the people. Hopefully somebody high-profile. Sticking us with whatever parasitic lawyer who is able to win the nomination will not cut it with me.

If the Liberal Party isn’t identifying ridings with current Conservative cabinet ministers and making those a high priority, then you are not doing your job as leader. In the case of Niagara Falls, it’s not just a matter of getting a winning candidate. It’s a national emergency. We have a member of parliament and cabinet minister who is an open opponent of the constitution. He advocates unlimited powers for police, supports the U.S. War of Terror, and is accelerating the policy of imprisoning Canadians for victimless offenses.

The only circumstances under which I would vote for your party is if both its leader and its party advocated a platform of a constitutional restoration, and a return to the fiscal sanity that Mr. Martin provided. I often express my regret for not voting (or at least supporting) your party when Paul Martin was leader and finance minister. He was the closest thing our country got to a true conservative leader.

You will also need to repudiate the policy of one-way free trade deals espoused by Messrs. Chretien and Martin. There are only two ways manufacturing will return and thus the depression will end: a) impose countervailing duties on goods manufactured by slaves with no labour, wage or environmental regulations or; b) Canadians must be willing to work for 25 cents per hour, 12 hours per day, seven days per week in factories with suicide nets. If Ontarians thought “b” was practical, Mr. Hudak would have won by a landslide last night.

While I could be persuaded to vote Liberal in the next federal election if that is what it takes to remove my current M.P. from office, if your party were to abandon its policies of gun-grabbing, blind obedience to Israel and implementing “carbon taxes” in the name of propagating the global warming hoax, I would gladly become a member as well.

For now, I am content to accept baby steps. End the “war on drugs” (and I don’t even smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol, by the way), stop supporting the War of Terror, and reign in the police state. That, and cut spending and reduce taxes.

Up until 2004, we had an excellent Member of Parliament here in Niagara Falls: Gary Pilleteri. Mr. Pilleteri was a throwback to the way M.P.s used to be. And should be now. When he wasn’t in Ottawa, he could be found at his winery in Niagara on the Lake. Occasionally, I used to drop by and chat with him in his back yard. If it wasn’t for the fact that the man is pushing 80, I would drop by his winery and plead with him to run again. Did I happen to mention that I am a conservative?

Who is Rob Nicholson? Other than on television or in my mailbox, I have never seen his face. I have never seen him while walking down the street, or riding the city bus, or shopping. And he sure hasn’t invited me to join him in his back yard. For the years I have lived here, I can’t remember him even holding a public event (“town hall meeting” or something along those lines.

He is completely ineffective as a member of parliament. And the fault is partially your parties for consistently failing to offer up a credible candidate.

It is called the House of Commons for a reason: the house of the common people. Not a club for lawyers and accountants. We need more people with real jobs and real life experience in Ottawa. I will never vote for a lawyer or an accountant because they are only there to perpetuate job security for their respective occupations.

Mr. Trudeau, this is our last chance to push back against fascism. As leader of the Liberal Party, you need to put the interests of Canadians ahead of your party if you care about the future of your children.

We can’t afford to fool around in the upcoming election. As the Harper Regime becomes more tyrannical and more fascist, this may be our last chance.

Canadian conservatives: Electing an NDP government is the only way to preserve and regain our freedoms; including the freedom to rebuild the Conservative Party

June 1, 2015

Mr. Thomas Mulcair, M.P.

House of Commons

Ottawa, Ontario

K1A 0A5

Dear Mr. Mulcair:

I am writing to first congratulate your party on your provincial colleagues’ win in Alberta last month. I am also writing to tell you that, as a conservative, I will be taking a huge chance and voting for your party federally in the next general election. Clearly the good people of Alberta feel as I do.

I am hopeful that your party can find a candidate here in Niagara Falls that can pull off a win as impressive as Wayne Gates did in the past provincial general election and by-election.

Yours was the only party who opposed the “anti-terrorism” legislation, bill C-51. And you, personally, were the only politician in the country who had the courage to point out certain questions with regards to the purported death of USAma bin-Laden.

While I realize an NDP government would have certain loyalties and agendas to implement, I would ask that a Mulcair administration:

  • End Canadian participation in the U.S. War of Terror and “war on drugs.”

  • Repeal all Harper regime legislation which seeks to implement a police state

  • Restore constitutional freedoms

  • End unconditional support for the government of israel, stop all foreign aid to that government and cease enabling its war crimes

  • introduce legislation to elect senators in the long term. And in the short term, do not appoint any senators under the age of 70.

  • Pardon all Canadians convicted of victimless (i.e. drug possession) crimes, and release those currently caged.

  • Repeal Canada – U.S. – “border security” arrangements which seek to allow U.S. Police agents to operate and be armed in our country.

  • Eliminate the parliamentary “pension plan” for current members of parliament and investigate repudiating past obligations.

  • Order the RCMP to open an impartial investigation into criminal code offenses and War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity offenses committed by members of the Harper regime and appoint a special prosecutor.

To be clear, I oppose many of the policies of the NDP. As a resident of Ontario throughout the Bob Rae government of the 1990s, you can understand why. I abhor big government, even bigger taxation, a cradle-to-grave nanny-state and gun-grabbing. I am under no illusion that you and I will see eye-to-eye on those matters. However, even Bob Rae surprised us. Unfortunately, it was too late by then.

I am certain, however, that if you want to implement your socialist agenda, you have to give Canadians the tools make the money in order to pay the taxes to do so. First and foremost, we need the banksters thrown off of parliament hill. We need the Bank of Canada – if not abolished – to at least work for Canadians. We can accomplish that by ordering the Bank to return to its original purpose of issuing credit to the government of Canada at zero interest. And issuing our public currency at no cost. As it stands now, every “dollar” issued by the Bank of Canada is a loan at interest.

We can also agree that paying interest on debt is a waste of money that could better be used for good of Canadians. Paul Martin had us on the road to paying off our debt. Our country needs to be debt-free while it is still mathematically possible. Canadians need to understand that banks thrive on debt – both consumer and public. Nothing will bring the banksters to heel quite like becoming debt-free. Just make sure you are wearing your Kevlar underpants because the Rothschilds and the “federal” “reserve” won’t be happy with you (see Iraq, Libya, Iran and Syria for examples of their displeasure).

We need a government that will repudiate past governments’ one-way trade deals, particularly with China and Mexico. Allowing corporations to move their factories to third-world countries with no environmental, labour or wage legislation and then ship their goods back here tariff-free makes absolutely no sense. It is a simple matter to re-instate countervailing duties. Governments – both Conservative and Liberal – had such policies in place for over a century prior to NAFTA. If the Trans-Pacific Partnership is implemented in Canada by the Harper regime, I would expect your government to repudiate and repeal it, in its entirety.

If your future government is willing to restore our constitutional freedoms and do what is necessary to bring good-paying manufacturing jobs back to Canada, even if it means displeasing Wall Street, and if your government does not succumb to the temptation of going overboard with socialism, I believe you can count on the support of millions of conservative Canadians.

Canadians have never opposed paying a reasonable level of taxation. However, we expect something in return. We want good roads, good schools, hospitals, fire departments, police as servants of the people, our neighbours taken care of in times of need. On the other hand, using our hard-earned tax money to fund a state spy grid, government corruption, Wall Street, the City of London, foreign aid to third-world despots, sending our military around the world to make the world safe for U.S. Dollar hegemony, and funding israeli government war crimes are NOT a wise use of our money. Or the lives of our young people, for that matter.

I am a conservative. And I am a union member. And I am willing to give your party a chance. This once.

israel - Thomas Mulcair

In closing, should you be chosen by the people of Canada to be Prime Minister this Fall, I would expect you to lay down the law with your future caucus: If any member is found to be working for a foreign influence (i.e. a foreign government – even israel -, a globalist organization such as the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission or Bilderberg, or a bank or corporation) he or she will be expelled from caucus and your party. Mr. Mulcair, Libby Davies was right. And you were wrong.

Sincerely,

P.S.: Please, sir. Don’t stab us in the back like Obama did to his supporters.

Dear Bob:

It will come as no surprise to your secretary, Mrs. Quinney, that I oppose your regime’s latest attack on our freedoms and liberties, Bill C-51.

For reasons that I have expanded upon in great deal in past correspondence, it is my firm conviction that there is no actual terrorism anywhere in the world. Only C.I.A. And Mossad agents. And misguided fools like your “Via rail” would-be bombers who don’t know that when they think they’re dealing with “al-qaeda” (i.e. al-ciada) they are, in fact, dealing with the very people who are causing them distress in the first place.

As you have no doubt noticed from the nationwide protests, “you’re either with us or you’re with the terrorists” doesn’t work any longer. Your friend, the former minister of government safety, current Manitoba supreme court judge and confirmed paedophile Victor Toews destroyed that argument for you. Like I said before, Bob, you can have access to my computers when I get to knock on your door and see yours.

Vic Toews Rob Nicholson meme

The section of your legislation criminalizing the identification or publication of CSIS “agents” is of particular interest to me. Does that mean Canadian media would be forbidden from telling us how Mohammed al-Rashed, a CSIS agent who is not a Canadian citizen, was caught trying to smuggle three British girls into Syria to fight for “ISIS?” And furthermore, Bob, you wouldn’t happen to know the minister who would be responsible for getting Rashed his Canadian citizenship on the Q.T. after he completed his mission (whatever that mission was), would you? Bob?

You’re a lawyer, Bob. So, I was curious: is there any law currently on the books which forbids giving aid and comfort to our (purported) sworn enemies? Too bad our American friends don’t have such a law. If they did, the federal bureau of incineration could arrest the pilots of the aircraft who have been dropping food and weapons to “ISIS” all across Syria and Iraq. And Arizona senator John “Insane” McCain could be arrested for meeting with “ISIS” members, including the same men in one of Rita Katz’s beheading movies.

syrianfreepress.wordpress.com
syrianfreepress.wordpress.com

Your regime has put me in a difficult position, Bob. I am a conservative in the mould of Preston Manning. I have been voting P.C., Reform, Alliance and Conservative since I was old enough to cast a ballot. You are not a conservative, Bob. Your are a regime of fascist, criminal thugs. In the next election, there are no other issues for me other than freedom and liberty. If I have to vote NDP to accomplish that goal, that is what I am going to do. I oppose higher taxes. Global warming is a hoax. The NDP is a party of gun grabbers, but it’s not as if your party was going to move in the direction of more firearms freedoms anyway. You have never repudiated the global warming fraud. And thanks to your regime, I now pay provincial sales tax on my utility bills and gasoline. Under an NDP government, I’ll deal with those issues as they arise. Their leader may be an avowed israel-firster, but I know their membership (both rank-and-file and in the house itself) are not. See Libby Davies.

If ending the War of Terror and the “war on drugs” can only be accomplished under an NDP government, then I am left with no choice but to vote NDP. And I don’t even smoke or drink. And I know “terrorism,” as you define it, as a contrived Orwellian hoax.

I abhor the policies of the NDP. But if having to live through four years of Thomas Mulcair is the kick in the ass your party needs to finally elect a Libertarian conservative (like Steve presented himself as, only for real), I will be voting Conservative again. But there is no way I will ever vote for a Conservative party led by, or even populated with, any member of your current regime. And I sure as hell won’t be voting for you, Bob.

I also note your regime’s proposed legislation identifies threats to my country’s “economic security.” I’ve got a really good idea, Bob: why don’t you send the RCMP across the street and arrest Steven Poloz and every other denizen inside the Bank of Canada building if you are so concerned about the economic well-being of Canada? And don’t forget to issue an extradition warrant for Mark Carney.

You are a war criminal, Bob. So is Harper and ever other member of your regime. You overthrew the elected government of Ukraine in favour of a new world order stooge. This has caused a civil war in Ukraine resulting in deaths and injuries numbering in the thousands. Not to mention untold misery to the Ukrainian people. And you personally have supplied its criminal regime with money, comfort and materiel. On top of all of that, in light of your friend Mohammed al-Rashed, now it looks like you’re guilty of treason. Before Ukraine, you did much the same thing in Libya. You’ve tried (and failed) to do so in Syria. You know your patrons in Tel Aviv will never get a war going in Iran because that is when Russia and China will pull the plug on dollar hegemony once and for all.

I don’t know how to tell you this, Bob: but it looks like Dean Del Mastro, Mike Duffy, Patrick Brazeau and Pamela Wallin aren’t going to be the only ones going to prison.

Here’s the bottom line, Bob: First, any further attack on my freedoms, liberties and natural-born rights are absolutely unacceptable. Before I assume room temperature, I intend to take back the ones that successive regimes have already taken away.

Second: I don’t trust you. I don’t trust your regime. I don’t even like you.

Third: Osirak. Babies being thrown out of incubators. 9/11. Building Seven. Saddam’s Nukular Bombs. Anwar Awlaki. Joseph Cohen. Adam Pearlmen. Zachary Chesser. Russia grabbed Crimea and invaded Ukraine. The Ottawa double homicides.

Fourth: Given the behaviour of police workers – specifically during and since the 2010 Toronto police riots – and going back decades in general, I am disinclined to trust them with any degree of authority. Secret investigations and warrantless searches are out of the question. We have seen from the experience of our American friends that everything the national security state does now is done so in the name of fighting “terrorism.” As I have been telling you for six years now: I’ll be damned if I’ll ever let you get away with that in my country, Bob.

I am not specifically writing to you, Bob. Because that would imply that you are acting as a legitimate government with my consent. You are not. And you are not. This letter is for the public archives. Assuming this e-mail is not stored on Kathleen Wynne’s, Lois Lerner’s or Hillary Clinton’s hard drives, decades from now future historians studying great constitutional restorations in Canada and abroad will know that people like me stood up to petty, impotent, self-important, self-grandizing, corrupt tinpot dictators like yourself.

I also understand e-mails such as mine are also reviewed and stored by the Communications Security Establishment, among other entities. Again, Bob, not to suggest that this happens with my consent or approval. But I do request they spell my name correctly. That’s one “e” at the end. Got it, Bob?

Bob, remember when the idea of a massive international spy grid, government surveilling and, best of all, the “five eyes” was the stuff of wacko conspiracy theory nonsense? What else have the tinfoil hats been right about, Bob?

Sincerely,

Peter MacKay vows to hammer us with the police state; I say, “over my dead body.”

The idea of bringing the American police state to Canada is one that keeps psychopaths like Peter MacKay big boy dreams at night.
The idea of bringing the American police state to Canada is one that gives psychopaths like Peter MacKay big boy dreams at night.

(In this letter, I discounted the possibility of parliament actually surviving long enough before Harper had to prorogue it again; it never occurred to me that MacKay and Harper would piss off the Supreme Court so much that ANY government legislation would be D.O.A.)

August 17, 2013

Mr. Peter MacKay, M.P.

House of Commons

Ottawa, Ontario

K1A 0A6

Fax 1-613-992-2337

Dear Mr. MacKay:

An interesting story appeared in today’s National Post: “Peter MacKay insists Conservatives (sic) are not moving Canada toward U.S-style justice.” When a news story quotes a politician, it is important to remind oneself that the politician intends to do the exact opposite of what he is claiming.

Buried way down towards the bottom of the story: “MacKay said he also won’t be intimidated or deterred from considering new lawful access provisions despite privacy concerns that ultimately led to the death of previous bills.

You can consider lawful access provisions all you want. You’re still not going to get them. As criminality in the senate continues to be exposed on a wider and wider scale every day, and as more scandals emerge, Mr. Harper will continue to resort to his old trick of proroguing parliament (i.e. going back to 24 Sussex and hiding until the thing blows over). That means your bill will die with it. Again and again.

And if, by some miracle you do get your warantless wiretapping bill through parliament and the disgraced senate, the Supreme Court will strike it down before it ever goes into effect. And, unfortunately for you, you won’t be able to “reform” the court in time to stop that from happening.

Conservatives such as myself are counting down the days until the next election. After your party suffers an apocalypse not seen since 1993, we can take the party back and rebuild it with the true libertarian conservative ideals that our founder, Preston Manning intended (yes, yes, I know you came from the Joe Clark / Brian Mulroney side; they wouldn’t even have done what Harper has done).

Canadians will not accept the police state that has incrementally taken over our American friends. Thanks to Edward Snowden, Big Media is now discussing topics once relegated to overnight talk radio shows and shows originating from Austin, Texas.

As I told your predecessor and Mr. Toews, if you dare to propose warrantless wiretapping (or lawful access, as you prefer to call it) I want the right as a Canadian citizen to drop by your office or your home and see what is in your computer. I want to record your telephone calls. I want to attach a GPS tracking device underneath your car and see where you go at night. And I want the same right to inspect every police department employee.

I assure you sir, you are seriously underestimating the mood of the Canadian people if you think we are going to let you get away with this.

Before you consider such legislation, I respectfully suggest you canvass your colleagues in caucus. Make sure none of them have downloaded any videos from the internet. That none of them have ever gone driving around looking for company at night (female or otherwise). And you absolutely want to be certain nobody has ever – or will ever – seek out recreational pharmaceuticals. Because people more enterprising than myself will find out.

As I have repeatedly told my M.P., your police state stops at the Niagara River. Canadians are not going to put up with it. I thought we made that clear the last time Mr. Toews tried this. Yet “your” government keeps scheming.

In closing, I do support your intention to toughen impaired driving / drugged driving penalties,. I would even go so far as to suggest a name for it: Rahim’s Law. Perhaps on the day it goes into effect, you can hop into an F-18, land in front of the Orangeville court house and hold a photo-op.

The government takes everything we have and James Moore can’t figure out why some people can’t even afford to feed their own children.

Canadian Industry Minister, Member of Parliament and Trilateral Commission member in this undated photograph.
Canadian Industry Minister, Member of Parliament and Trilateral Commission member James Moore (right) poses with Henry Kissinger in this undated photograph.

(p.s.: I’ve been writing to Moore since 2007 trying to get an answer to who pays for his trips to the Trilateral Commission; never heard back, strangely enough. I don’t think he likes me).

Mr. James Moore, M.P.

House of Commons

Ottawa, Ontario

K1A 0A5

Dear Mr. Moore:

If there was anyone who was begging to be wiped out at the next election, it is you. I see it as the patriotic duty of your constituents to eject you from office. When it comes to my own purported member of parliament, I have a similar obligation to the country.

It is absolutely astounding that somebody such as yourself, who has never held a real job in his lifetime, who engages in treason at the Trilateral Commission, who hangs out with war criminals such as Henry Kissinger, who lives off the public trough and will continue to do so for the rest of his unnatural life (provided a future government doesn’t repudiate “our” parliamentary pension “obligation.”) would attack needy families, of all things. At Christmas. You’re a real manly man, aren’t you, Jim?

One could argue there is a nugget of truth in your assertion that “your” government is not responsible for hungry children. That is of course if you weren’t spending hundreds of billions of dollars annually on matters of which you have no constitutional authority.

Every two weeks, “your” government confiscates about one-third of my paycheque. Were this money used for the betterment of the country, I would not have a problem with it. Instead, that money is sucked up by a government of corrupt Israel-Firsters to fund war crimes around the planet. It is sucked up by a privately-owned central bank loaning us our own currency at interest. It is sucked up by sleazebag feather-bedding politicians like Michael “Mike” Duffy, Pamela Wallen, Patrick Brazeau, Mac Harb, Irving Gerstein, Bev Oda and so many more that I cannot even keep track. I could probably add every single member of parliament from every party to the list.

If “your” government is so confident of its moral authority to govern, how about ending withholding-at-source? I wonder how much of us would write a cheque to Ottawa every April 30th when we are witness to such outrageous waste, corruption, criminality and incompetence.

It must be nice to have an exorbitant salary, generous expense account, a platinum “pension” scheme, job security, a car and driver (what, you can’t even drive? You’re too good for the city bus? Even the minister of finance used to be seen on the GO train in Toronto). Business-class and first-class air travel (the least you could do is ask David Rockefeller to pick up your Trilateral expenses). G.M.O.-free food at the parliamentary dining room.

I wouldn’t be surprised if you guys had a groom of the stool as well.

Have you been in Ottawa so long that you think everybody lives like you do?

You claim unemployment is down and the economy is prospering. What planet are you living on? I am aware that our country is still in the midst of a housing bubble, and that Vancouver will likely be the last to pop. But over-valued real estate is by no means a measure of the health of the country. The real estate market is no more representative of the health of the Canadian economy than the stock market is of the United States. And in the case of the latter, when the “federal” “reserve” stops printing a minimum of $85-billion per month (on the books), not including its daily transfers to the President’s Working Group on Capital Markets (aka Plunge Protection Team) to keep the Dow up every day, it’s over. When that day happens, the best thing you and your colleagues could do is leave. Go to the Caymans, Switzerland, City of London, Israel, anywhere. Just leave.

I am not going to tell you what I do for a living or where as I am not prepared to hold myself up to harassment. However, I will tell you that I make good coin where I work and I am still having a difficult time. In my family, my brother has suffered the most; he works for General Motors on the line in Osahwa (in other words, real productive work). He was on layoff for nearly three years before being recalled full-time. I have been helping him out as best I can, as well as assisting my mother.

Since 2006, “your” government has continued the Liberal policy of going around the world and signing one-way trade agreements with every third-world country on the planet. People went along with this at first because “we” suddenly saw cheap swag at Wal-Mart. Who cares if a bunch of autoworkers in Oshawa, Windsor or Oakville lose their jobs. So what about those steelworkers in Hamilton. Bunch of lazy overpaid oafs anyway. Right, Jim? Hey, I can get a flat-screen TV at China-Mart for two hundred bucks. So what if it was manufactured by slaves, prisoners and children. Countervailing duties and import quotas? Only commies talk like that.

For the record, the computer I am typing this letter on was manufactured in Oakville, Ontario.

The very people you mock and revile very likely had jobs when their children were born. In the intervening time, “your” government pulled the rug out from underneath them. See, Jim: here in the real world, our jobs don’t run in four-year increments. We can lose them at any time.

As one of the early Ontario members of the Reform Party in Ontario (signed up by turncoat Deborah Grey, no less, in 1990) , an enthusiastic for my local candidate in 1993 and 1997, and a loyal Reform, Alliance and Conservative voter up until 2008, there are no words for the degree of my disgust with your Conservative party.

Not only does your party need to suffer a humiliating electoral apocalypse in order to force a re-building, the entire cabinet (and prime minister) need be brought to justice for corruption, gross violations of the constitution, and even war crimes. And for the Trilateralists, C.F.R.s, Bilderbergers and other Israel-Firsters amongst: Treason. I cannot think of one single Conservative member of parliament who is worthy of redemption.

And yes, I know your Liberal (or god forbid) N.D.P. successors will become just as corrupt and just as psychotic as you Conservatives are now. At least, those who are not already. However, it will be one more stop in an eventual constitutional restoration by Canadians. I anticipate this happening around the same time our armed American friends enforce their own restoration.

As your god is my witness, I swear I will live to see every single one of you brought to trial.

P.S.

P.S. When the U.S. Dollar collapses and takes our fiat garbage with it, all those promises made for your retirement will be utterly worthless. “We” might as well be paying you in Zimbabwe dollars. Keep that in mind, Jim.

Dr. Kellie Leitch, M.P.

House of Commons

Ottawa, Ontario

Dear Dr. Leitch:

I was impressed by Julie van Dusen’s article about you which was posted on www.cbc.ca on December 25, 2013.

Even if you are only practising enough hours to maintain your medical license, the fact that you do not take a salary from C.H.E.O. Is a truly magnanimous gesture on your part.

I would respectfully submit, however, that the whole system is backwards. Up until the early part of the last century, our parliament was made up of citizen legislators. Members met for a month or so every year, performed the nation’s business and went home to their real jobs. The House had some lawyers, but was not made up almost exclusively of lawyers and accountants.

These members were held accountable by their constituents.

The former member of parliament here in Niagara Falls was Gary Pilliteri, a vintner. He owns a vineyard and winery north of here in Niagara-on-the-Lake. When he wasn’t in Ottawa, I used to be able to find him at his winery on Highway 55. I was actually able to sit with him on his patio behind the store. This is what our M.P.s are expected to do. You are expected to be accessible, honest, and a contributing member of society. This is why it is called the House of Commons. As opposed to the ruling class, who inhabit The Other Place.

In the United States, many state Houses still operate under the citizen legislator system. I once met a man on an Amtrak train who was a state senator in Arkansas. However, he was quick to point out his real job was a teacher.

If anything, you should be taking your salary from Children’s Hospital and your parliamentary duties should come secondary. I do not believe members of parliament or senators should be full-time positions. They (i.e.you ) should be part-time, paid on per-diem (as was the case in the British parliament until just over a century ago). Serving should be an honour. They should have real jobs in which they should continue, and have available to go back to when their term ends.

I maintain that a government made up of citizen representatives would result in government working in the best interest of Canadians. As it is now, the only entities government (any government) is interested in advancing is globalists, corporation, banksters and Israel (see John Baird and Jason Kenney). And its own interests, of course (warrantless wiretapping and an oppressive police state).

We would have a lot fewer M.P.s jetting around the country in CF-18s and drinking $17 glasses of orange juice in the finest hotels in the world if they were expected to work at real occupations and, more importantly, we knew where to find them and give them a piece of our mind when such behaviour happened. To say nothing of the high taxes imposed upon us, the corresponding waste and the corruption which is sadly considered par-for-the-course these days.

Given the fact your government so quickly turned its back on its Reform / Alliance base, I am under no illusions this will happen save for a popular constitutional restoration in this country. I thought I would be getting Preston Manning’s New Canada platform when I voted Reform, Alliance and Conservative for the past two decades. I regret I was mislead.

Mr. Robert Runciman

The Senate

Ottawa, Ontario

Dear Mr. Runciman:

It is particularly galling for “your” government to expect Canadians to expect an even greater expansion of the police state when your enforcers can’t even secure a room. Even the vaunted, all-mighty United States Secret Service and every other intelligence agency in the world wasn’t able to prevent a psychopath masquerading as a sign-language interpreter from getting withing feet of world “leaders” at Nelson Mandela’s funeral in South Africa. One would have thought the man’s US$85 fee would have been the first clue.

“In the wake of 9/11” has been the excuse for the stripping of civil liberties and even the most basic human rights of formerly-free people worldwide. Air travelers are interrogated, groped and subjected to cancer-causing naked body scanners. In the United States, the gangbangers and child molesters at the T.S.A. have expanded beyond the airports to Amtrak, Greyhound, and even the local city bus. The U.S. government is spending trillions annually on its spy grid and we don’t have a clue what is going on at the C.S.E, C.S.I.S., the R.C.M.P. And god knows how many other alphabet agencies here in Canada.

And you expect us to let you pass even more laws? No, sir. .Not just, “no.” Hell, no! Just in the past six months, billions of people worldwide have woken up to big government (I’ve been “awake” for years now).

No amount of inept security, false flag attacks or government breaking up its own plots is going to convince people to consent to increase government tyranny.

Please do not try and con Canadians with the notion you are trying to “keep us safe.” You are doing nothing of the sort. .Government’s only interest is keeping government safe.

If the billions of dollars the government of Canada spends on the National Security State were indeed intended for the betterment of Canadians, I would not get one single Viagara ad in my private e-mail, I would not get e-mails purporting to be from U.P.S. informing me of a package delivery gone wrong or a bank or a Nigerian telling me I’ve got a fortune waiting if I only send them all my personal details.

All this money spent on spying, yet the R.C.M.P. (let alone an American agency) has yet to shut down a single Crypto-locker scheme.

To be honest, I don’t know why the global warming types and associated liberals, socialists and communists are mad at “your” government in the first place. Since 2006, The Harper Regime should have been giving N.D.P.ers nocturnal emissions on a nightly basis. You have run up the national debt by over $150-billion. You have exploded the civil service. You have raised taxes. The police state has never been happier. And you still enable the global warming hoaxers by failing to call them out on their fraud.

You want to talk about impersonation? Up until the past election, when I decided I would never vote for an establishment party again, I was certain I was voting for a small-government, starve-the-beast, libertarian platform when I voted Conservative, Alliance and Reform (going back to 1993). As an enthusiastic Mike Harris booster, I thought sending guys like my own (then) M.P. David Tilson, as well as John Baird, Jim Flaherty and Tony Clement to Ottawa would bring the Common Sense Revolution to a national level.

Instead of a Preston Manning-inspred New Canada government, we ended with a Bob-Rae-on-steroids government with more Israel-Firsters than the Knesset.

If I had known then what I know now, I would have voted for a Paul Martin-led Liberal government. He’s the closest thing we’ve ever had to true conservative government.

I am 44 years old. As your god is my witness, I swear I will live long enough to see a constitutional restoration in my country and worldwide. And when that happens, its first action will be to abolish that trough of yours. Its second will be to repudiate Canadians’ purported obligations to your pension.

I am going to make the same plea to you that I have made to many of your fellow trough-dwellers up there in Ottawa. Would you please just leave. I don’t care where you go. Have Peter MacKay round up the as many of the nicest C.R.J.s he can find at Uplands, load one of them up with as many $100 bills as the Bank of Canada can print up. Fill the other ones up with as many politicians as you can find, take off for Switzerland, the Caymans, the City of London, Tel Aviv…anywhere. Just leave and let Canadians who truly care about the future of our country, our children and most importantly our freedom undo everything “your” government has done to Canadians. Don’t forget to take Peter van Loan with you.

Just…leave. Please. All of you.
