Isn’t that impressive? They have graphs. And computers. And models. Big, pretty, colorful ones. They come out of big machines. They are held up by men wearing white coats over suits and ties. Are you gushing with admiration yet?
Graphs predict Florida is a month away from peak of COVID-19
The model shows the timing of deaths and what resources are available in each state.
Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) websites and local and national governments the graphs show Florida is expected to see 136 deaths per day between May 3 and May 6, then the fatalities will trend down to near zero by June 29.
…
The estimated number of deaths by August 4, 2020 is 5.568 for Florida.
Researchers estimate that the state will be short 297 ICU hospital beds at the peak of the outbreak and will possibly need more than 3,000 ventilators during that time.
Okay, so…lemme get this straight. By August 4, 2020, the crystal ball over at that bastion of higher learning, the University of Washington, says that 5,568 people will have died of the Kung Flu in Florida alone.
If true…let’s see here…population of Florida…ahh, dammit! Hey, Google! What is the population of Florida?
Twenty one point three million. Okay, thanks, Google. So, 5,568 people. Divided by 21,300,000. Now, uh, carry, the two…0.002614085.
So, you’re telling me, these bastards in the city halls, county sheriffs departments, Tallahassee and the District of Criminals have shut down the entire economy of Florida, thrown millions of people out of work – most of them being the least able to afford it – closed the bars, restaurants, stores, hotels, restaurants, buses, beaches, theme parks, schools and pretty much anywhere two people might gather and engage in commerce
Because ONE QUARTER OF ONE PER CENT OF PEOPLE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA
MIGHT, MAYBE, POSSIBLY, DIE OF THE WUHAN CHINA KUNG FLU VIRUS
?
Perhaps the University of Washington, Cox Media or some other beacon of investigative journalism could determine how the owners of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World (respectively, the Walt Disney Company, Comcast and Anheuser-Busch) consented to simply closing down their parks, indefinitely, no questions asked.
What kind of bailout candy did a congress critter or senator sneak into those-nearly 900 pages which made the companies not only so compliant to the government, but – in the case of Disney and Universal – so generous as to continue paying their staff (part time and full time) for the duration of the closure?
Wealthy newlyweds who hold their nuptials at Walt Disney World in Orlando can expect to spend to pay over $180,000 to rent the Magic Kingdom park for four hours, after the park has closed. Yet Disney is closing EVERYTHING. All the parks. The Magic Kingdom. EPCOT Center, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, the DOZENS of hotels located within its 25,000-acre compound. Disney Springs, the commercial tourist trap.
Universal Orlando Resort isn’t quite as big as Disney, but it is a sizable operation nonetheless.
We are to believe these companies simply shut the parks down because they are good citizens? Really?
The longer this martial law lockdown (in everything but name) carries on, the closer and closer this powder keg gets to exploding.
In Florida, the only way to apply for unemployment compensation is to go to their website and jump through numerous hoops. And, yesterday, that site went down with no realistic prospects for recovery.
And, as financial commentator Gerald Celente often says…
This has absolutely nothing to do with a virus or public health, and everything to do with internationally co-ordinated state crackdowns USING the China virus as the premise.
The fact that we have gone along with it this far without resistance is terrifying. Just imagine how much government will tighten the screws in the near future.
